1. Introduction

Welcome to Agents.one, operated by Cybrient Technologies SA (“Cybrient”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based in Geneva, Switzerland. By accessing or using Agents.one, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our platform.

2. Services Provided

Agents.one is a directory, listing platform, and marketplace for autonomous AI agents. We enable companies, creators, and developers to discover, list, and interact with AI-powered solutions (“Agents”). We also provide user-generated reviews, agency pages, and subscription-based features.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or register an account.
  • By using the site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

  • Registration is required for listing agents, leaving reviews, or accessing certain features.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.

5. Agent Listings

AI agents listed on our platform may be developed by third parties or internally by Cybrient. All listings are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the performance, compliance, or suitability of any AI agent for specific use cases.

By listing an agent, you affirm that:

  • You have the right to publish and promote the agent.
  • All provided information is accurate and not misleading.
  • The agent does not violate any laws, rights, or third-party licenses.

6. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and other content. By doing so, you grant Cybrient a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within our services. You must not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

7. Fees & Payments

We offer free and paid features. Paid plans and fees are billed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All prices are in CHF or EUR (as applicable), excluding VAT unless explicitly stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the platform for illegal or harmful activities.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or data harvesting.
  • Interfering with security features or overloading our infrastructure.
  • Posting unauthorized or deceptive content.
  • Using AI agents in violation of law or ethical guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property on Agents.one are the property of Cybrient or its licensors. You may not reuse, modify, or distribute any material without express permission.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, nor do we endorse the performance or legality of third-party agents listed on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrient shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or reputational harm arising from your use of our platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cybrient Technologies SA from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the site, agent listings, or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in misuse. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted at /terms-of-service/. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Geneva, Switzerland.
