1. Who We Are

This website (“Agents.one”) is operated by Cybrient Technologies SA, Rue Liotard 6, 1202 Geneva, Switzerland (“Cybrient”, “we”, “our”). We act as the controller of your personal data in accordance with Swiss law and, where applicable, the EU / EEA General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data – name, email address, password hash, role.
  • Usage data – log files, IP address, browser UA, pages viewed, search queries.
  • Content data – reviews, claims, uploaded logos, AI agent listings.
  • Payment data – limited Stripe IDs (we never store full card numbers).
  • Newsletter data – email address and marketing preferences.
  • Cookies & tracking – see § 8 below.

3. Why We Process Your Data (Legal Basis)

  • To provide and maintain the AI agent directory and marketplace (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).
  • To improve and secure our services, including anti-fraud controls (Art. 6 (1)(f)).
  • To send transactional and marketing emails with your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a)).
  • To comply with legal obligations, e.g. accounting (Art. 6 (1)(c)).

4. Third-Party Recipients

We share data only when necessary:

  • Stripe, Inc. – payment processing.
  • Beehiiv, Inc. – newsletter management (emails & analytics).
  • Infrastructure and analytics providers (Hetzner Cloud, Cloudflare, Plausible Analytics).

5. International Transfers

Some partners are located outside Switzerland / EEA. Data is transferred under recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above or as required by law. Back-ups are deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You may, at any time:

  • Access, rectify or erase your data.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Receive a copy of your data (“data portability”).
  • Withdraw consent with future effect.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for session management and first-party analytics (Plausible, cookieless). You can disable cookies in your browser, but the site may not function correctly.
