Creative Head ( 6+ years of experience)

Creative Lead --- Xcentric Services **Department:** Creative Xcentric Services is looking for a **Creative Lead** to own campaigns from **idea to execution**. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking, art direction, hands-on creative skills, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities * Develop campaign ideas, visual directions, content concepts, and creative strategies. * Present concepts, moodboards, key visuals, and campaign narratives to the Creative Head. * Translate approved ideas into clear briefs and direction for the creative team. * Lead designers, copywriters, video editors, and other creative resources through execution. * Art-direct, review, and ensure quality and brand consistency across all deliverables. * Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, BD, UI/UX, and other teams. * Proactively identify creative opportunities and improve existing briefs. * Stay updated on design, digital, social, and AI-driven creative trends. Skills \& Experience * **5--10 years** of relevant creative experience. * Strong portfolio showcasing **campaign thinking, art direction, and creative concepts**. * Hands-on proficiency in **Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects**, or equivalent tools. * Experience with **social-first content, UI/UX, branding, motion graphics, and pitch decks**. * Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and digital/performance creative. * Experience leading or mentoring creative teams. * Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
