The role Help turn repeatable business workflows into production automations. The role combines software engineering, API integration, prompt and tool design, evaluation, safeguards, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop operations. What you will do * Map business workflows and identify safe, measurable automation opportunities. * Integrate models and tools from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and Codex where appropriate. * Build APIs, queues, validation, fallbacks, and human review steps. * Create evaluations and monitoring for quality, cost, latency, and failure modes. * Document systems so clients and engineers can operate them confidently. What you bring * Production software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, or PHP. * Hands-on experience with APIs, structured data, queues, and automation workflows. * A practical approach to LLM evaluation, security, and human review. * Clear written and spoken English for client-facing discovery and delivery.
