Software Engineer C++

**Responsibilities:** * Work on a truly Agile team with 2-week-long sprints and a strong emphasis on test automation for all code changes. * Design, implement, test, and maintain features for Fusion 360 based on stakeholders' requirements, primarily in C++. * Fully own the quality of work delivered and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership in delivering excellence. * Write technical design documents, participate in design and code reviews, develop task estimates, and document code. * Work closely and iteratively with developers, quality teams, and user experience designers. * Collaborate with extended software development, quality, and product design teams across India and global engineering sites. * Respond quickly to multiple priorities under changing conditions. * Program primarily in C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio on Windows and Xcode on macOS. * Present and participate in global technical discussions and technical events. * Mentor other team members. * Be passionate about customer success. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * 5+ years of industry experience building and delivering robust, performant, and maintainable commercial applications. * Strong expertise in: * C++ * Data Structures * Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) * Design Patterns * Computer Science fundamentals * Experience in all aspects of application development, including graphics, command-line interface, database, and functional capabilities. * Experience with: * QT * Python * JavaScript * Outstanding programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills. * Windows programming and experience with Microsoft Visual Studio IDE. * Mac programming and experience with Xcode IDE. * Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Ability to quickly learn large software systems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in 3D/2D CAD software development. * Experience with Agile software development practices. * Experience with JavaScript, JSON, Jira, and Jenkins. * Experience building and consuming HTTP and other types of APIs. * Familiarity with test automation tools and strategies. * Experience with Design and Manufacturing Drawings. * Experience with ObjectARX. **Primary Skills:-**C++, Python, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, AI Tools, Microsoft Visual Studio, Xcode **Secondary Skills:-**CAD, QML/QT, Agile
