Senior AI Engineer
Your career at Deutsche Börse Group Your area of work: Work on varied projects defining / refining the AI approaches and delivering the resulting pipelines in line with internal architecture standards and group AI governance. Your responsibilities: Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions in close collaboration with product owners and domain expert(s) Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model fine-tuning and inference. Develop prompt engineering strategies, RAG architecture, and agent workflows for GenAI use cases; with willingness to demo solutions to internal clients. Design and Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and low-code platforms. Define KPIs, and bias/robustness checks. Evaluate and benchmark foundation models, frameworks, and third-party AI services for fit-for-purpose use Implement AI Ops practices (versioning, testing, monitoring, drift alerts). Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, data privacy, and compliance (especially relevant in a regulated financial environment). Produce documentation for AID/InfoSec and support audits/compliance. Your profile: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field 3+ years in AI engineering (Python, ADK, Vector stores/embeddings). Prompt engineering, Retrievalaugmented generation (RAG), evaluation harnesses. Proven track record of delivering AI solutions end-to-end from ideation and prototyping through to production deployment Familiarity with governance, model registers, and risk controls for AI. Experience working in an enterprise or regulated industry environment (financial services preferred) Exposure to agile delivery methods and cross-functional team collaboration Proficiency in written and spoken English Would be an advantage Experience with model serving and AI Ops on cloud (GCP preferred).
