Are you ready to join our team and make an impact? Responsibilities Our team builds and evolves integrations between TeamViewer and other software vendors services such as Microsoft LAPS and Intune. We enable secure credential handling, seamless device connectivity, and efficient remote access across enterprise environments. By doing so, we strengthen security, simplify IT operations, and enhance the overall user experience. Design and develop platform independent functionalities for our client and services using C++ Optimize and enhance our software with new, efficient algorithms and technologies Work collaboratively in a Scrum development team within a continuous integration environment Be responsible for ensuring efficient implementation and for code of the highest quality Recommend and implement improvements to architecture / technologies to further enhance our systems and codebase regarding reliability, maintainability, scalability, and performance Monitor the latest technical developments in your field and initiate improvements Act as an advisor towards product owners (feasibility studies and time estimates for new functionality to be implemented) Requirements University or college degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or any related subject 3+ years of professional experience in the field of object-oriented software development using C++ (C++14 or above) and design patterns Experience in any of the following fields are desirable: parallel programming, distributed and scalable systems, security, SQL, or network communication Build tool knowledge like CMake, Conan, git is a plus Ability to work independently and be proactive Knowledge in Java is advantageous Structured and analytical way of thinking/working, being a team player, as well as motivated to learn new things Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus What We Offer Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start An attractive compensation package above the collectively agreed minimum basic salary (according to the IT-KV, Regelstufe with classification ST1/rule: EUR 3.954, with ST2/rule: EUR 4.611 gross/month) 28 days of well-deserved holidays Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start Great benefits package including company achievement bonus Special terms for local gyms Access to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts Regular team events and company-wide celebrations Open door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country We celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!
