Senior Software Engineer PHP

What you will do: Build highperformance web and eCommerce solutions by using modern frameworks, clean architecture, and scalable design patterns Define coding standards and projectspecific best practices to ensure the team ships software that is reliable, maintainable, and scalable for longterm growth Own and lead code reviews, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly while helping teammates level up through constructive feedback and mentorship Shape technical offerings and solution proposals for potential and existing clients, ensuring they align with business needs and our teams engineering strengths Evaluate, introduce, and implement new technologies that support project objectives and move the organizations technical direction forward Lead the team by fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment, providing constructive feedback, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement Lead by example in delivering higherquality work by demonstrating effective development workflows and smart automation practices in everyday tasks What we expect: At least 5 years of proven hands-on experience building and maintaining complex eCommerce solutions by using PHP and Symfony framework (v8) Knowledge of frontend frameworks and libraries (Nuxt.js, Next.js), HTML5, CSS3 (including frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap), and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with technologies such as Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ or similar systems Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines Proactive in identifying potential project risks and effectively communicating possible impacts and solutions to ensure smooth project execution Experience in mentoring and guiding team members, fostering an environment of innovation, teamwork, and continuous professional growth We offer: Professional, friendly, reliable and dedicated team members An engaged and flat structured organization that offers full support throughout your career journey Flexible working hours, result-oriented approach to work Personal development: literature, courses, seminars, certificates, employee-led workshops Personal health insurance after being with us for 3 months Office perks, team activities, and company-wide entertainment we have excellent knowledge about how to have fun!
