You will drive the transformation of a core business application from WPF to Blazor, leveraging AI-assisted code conversion. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and coordinate the end-to-end migration from WPF to Blazor using AI-driven methodologies Establish and implement an industrialized, scalable migration strategy Select, configure, and optimize AI tools and frameworks for code conversion Enable and coach development teams to execute migration tasks efficiently Provide technical guidance, support, and best practices to cross-functional teams Organize and lead training sessions and workshops for IT staff Create comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and manuals to support the migration process Collaborate closely with the AI Team Lead and report on progress and outcomes Technical Skills Proven experience with AI-assisted code conversion and migration Strong hands-on expertise in .NET and C# Practical experience with Blazor and WPF Familiarity with AI tooling and AI governance in software development Experience applying generative AI to software migration projects Language Proficiency Native-level proficiency in Dutch or French Good understanding of the second national language (Dutch or French) Other Requirements Demonstrated results orientation and analytical thinking Innovative, pragmatic, and proactive approach to problem-solving Strong communication and coaching skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Project Details Freelance position 11-month contract (23/02/2026 31/12/2026) Hybrid work model: 2 days on-site in Brussels, 3 days remote Ready to build the future?
