Junior Full Stack Engineer

Hi, Junior Engineer! We've been looking for you. Were a mission-driven software company building products that raise the standard, and were looking for a Junior Full-Stack Engineer who shares our vision of creating high-quality software. This is a full-time role based in Cluj-Napoca, ideal for someone at a junior level with proven hands-on experience gained through professional projects, internships, freelance work, or equivalent practical experience. Working with us As part of this role, you will: Turn ideas into real, production-ready features that people actually use Ship work that creates real value, using modern tools, including AI, to move smarter and faster Approach challenges with curiosity, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset Work closely with the team, communicating openly and clearly along the way Take part in technical and architectural discussions, learning how decisions are made Design and build backend systems that are secure, scalable, and reliable Create user-facing features that feel fast, smooth, and enjoyable to use Write clean, well-structured code while exploring and applying new technologies Help ensure quality by designing and implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests Keep learning, welcome feedback, and take ownership of the impact your work has You should have experience with several of these technologies, along with curiosity and motivation to deepen your skills over time. JavaScript & TypeScript React Databases Node.js Git AI-driven engineering (using AI tools to build, test, and ship software faster and smarter) It would be great if you also have experience with technologies like: Cloud platforms Next.js Nest.js MongoDB / Mongoose Note: Don't worry if you haven't worked with all of them yet, you'll master these and more as you grow with us.
